Faulty goods If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Please contact Customer Services for a return number and once the return has been authorised just return them to us in good condition & in the original packaging. Once the item has been processed by our returns team a replacement will be dispatched to you. Once the return has been authorised, just send the goods back to us. All returns must be authorised and have a valid return number. If an item is received back without a return number a £4.95 charge may be applied for the extra administration involved in handling your return. Please note: you will be responsible for all item or items until they reach us, we can’t be held responsible for missing / lost items that you return back to us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
